Meet Ethan Simons: Your Quad Cities Real Estate Agent
A graduate of University of Alaska and a former Banker, I specialize in the sale of commercial and residential real estate including retail, office, industrial, warehouse, special use properties, as well as new and existing homes in and around the Quad Cities. Having spent over 16 years in the financial services industry, I have loaned millions of dollars on real estate and facilitated the purchase and sale of hundreds of properties, homes and businesses. My goal is to provide my clients not only the best possible experience, but a higher level of expertise and guidance throughout the process of buying or selling what is in many cases their most important asset and investment.
Why I’m Different
During my time in the financial services industry, I was known as an expert in my field, a mentor to my peers and a trusted advisor to my clients. As a skilled negotiator with the best interests of my clients in mind, I leverage years of experience in the sometimes cut-throat world of banking to ensure you get the most value from your real estate transaction.
My most important asset, however, is my integrity. I will never compromise that. While sometimes this means telling my clients things they might not want to hear, you will always know where you stand in the transaction and will never be kept in the dark or left to wonder whether you are getting the best possible deal. If you are not successful, I am not successful.
I Believe in Giving Back
I am a firm believer in giving back and am particularly passionate about services and charities for children. As a father of two, my most important work is raising the next generation of leaders. I have been involved with Boy Scouts of America, youth sports programs, Junior Achievement and I give monthly to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
I live in Rock Island and have been a resident of the Quad Cities since moving here from my home state of Alaska in 2010. I have two children; Nathan age 8 and Taylor age 17. Everyone in the house is an animal lover, so we have two cats and a lovable shelter dog. When not helping people buy and sell real estate, I play the drums, cook and grill, travel and spend as much time as possible with my family.
